Marc Middleton, Founder and CEO of Growing Bolder, is a media entrepreneur, broadcast journalist, author, and speaker who focuses on the changing culture of aging. A multiple Emmy Award-winning broadcaster, Mr. Middleton is the executive producer and host of "Growing Bolder," seen on public broadcasting stations nationwide; co-host of Growing Bolder radio; executive producer and host of "What’s Next," airing on commercial TV stations throughout Florida; host of the podcast Fountain of Youth; and director of the Emmy-nominated documentary film Conquering Kilimanjaro. He is the author of Growing Bolder: Defy the Cult of Youth Live with Passion and Purpose and Rock Stars of Aging. In his free time he enjoys painting and is a seven-time Masters Swimming world record holder.

Research is clear that reducing modifiable risk factors such as obesity, physical inactivity, poor nutrition, hypertension, smoking, hearing loss, and loneliness could prevent hundreds of thousands of dementia cases, particularly among Black and Latino people. But scientific evidence isn’t enough to motivate behavior change. Key Question: How do we move from science to systems with strategies and polices that ensure equitable impact for all of Us?
